Dark Music Days contemporary music festival in Iceland and Iceland Music Information Centre initiated the project pitch event PODIUM, which was part of the festival's programme for the first time in 2022. The event consisted of twelve project presentations (pitches), aimed at presenting Icelandic contemporary music projects to festivals, conductors, artistic directors of music ensembles and concert halls, foreign and Icelandic alike.
I was honoured to be chosen to be pitched with my opera Music and the Brain. Event took place 1st and 2nd of March 2022, at the Nordic House, Reykjavík, Iceland.

PODIUM er nýr dagskrárliður á Myrkum músíkdögum. Viðburðurinn er haldinn í samstarfi við Tónverkamiðstöð / Iceland Music Information Centre í þeim tilgangi að koma íslenskum samtímatónlistarverkefnum á framfæri við listræna stjórnendur, hátíðir, hljómsveitarstjóra, tónleikhús innan lands sem utan.
